• Domain integration: Irrespective of the hosting solution you choose, you will get your community as a sub domain on your site. For example, if your site is mysite.com then the community can be accessed at mycommunity.mysite.com. This ensures that though we build, deploy and host the service we are transparent to your end users.
• User registration integration: If you do not have a community, you can build one with SiteGroups. If you already have a user registration system, we can integrate with what you currently have in place. Essentially, we support authentication against your user base as well as building a new user base for your community. We support single sign-on for both your site and our community, so your users can use the same log-in ID and password for both your website and your community.
• Customization of look and feel: SiteGroups can be customized to match the look and feel of your website. It also allows you to enable or disable certain features for your community.
• Deeper integration: If there are integration points within your system like CRM data or user demographics/interests that you want to mine within the community, we can customize the integration for you.
