Anup, an avid entrepreneur, is a 16 year veteran of the technology industry. Before founding MangoSpring, Anup successfully founded ThumbSpeed in 2004, which was acquired by OZ (now part of Nokia) in 2007. Prior to founding ThumbSpeed, Anup lead product management and engineering teams at AOL, Go2Net/Infospace and American mobile.
Anup holds an MBA from the University of Washington, and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Iowa.

A technologist at heart, Vishwa leads MangoSpring's product and development efforts. Before MangoSpring, Vishwa managed and launched Networking/Security management products at Nevis Networks. Prior to that, Vishwa was an architect at Telcordia and TCS leading a variety of enterprise-grade software projects.
Vishwa holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Mysore.

Patrick leads MangoSpring's worldwide sales efforts, helping businesses realize the power of deploying a MangoSuite enterprise social network. Patrick's background brings an 18 year track record of leading successful sales teams with a focus on launching and deploying game changing business productivity tools. Prior to joining MangoSpring, Patrick co-founded and built one of the fastest growing companies in the mortgage industry, providing a paid online community facilitating communication, collaboration, and best practice sharing within the industry. Patrick also spent 12 years at McCaw Cellular and AT&T Wireless where he lead enterprise sales teams that deployed emerging technologies including cellular phones in the 1990's and wireless access to email and the internet via Blackberry, smartphones, and laptops in the 2000's.
Patrick holds an MBA from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor's degree in economics from Brown University.
As co-founder and VP of finance, in addition to being a voice of reason, Chris manages day to day operations and finance for MangoSpring. Before co-founding MangoSpring, Chris co-founded ThumbSpeed and was the VP of finance and operation at ThumbSpeed. Prior to ThumbSpeed, Chris was an Audiologist at Children's Hospital.
Chris holds a Masters Of Audiology degree from the University of Washington, and a Bachelors degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Iowa.

Ashish is responsible for product management and execution of all Mangospring products. Ashish joined Mangospring in the beginning of 2010 after 5 years of working at Thumbspeed (acquired by Oz Communication and finally by Nokia). While at Thumbspeed, Ashish had multiple roles including Engineering Lead, Chief of Operations and Product Manager of Thumbspeed's messaging products portfolio. In his most recent role, Ashish lead the next generation instant messaging clients program for Nokia.
Ashish holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Mike leads worldwide sales and support for all products offered by MangoSpring. Mike joined MangoSpring in 2008 with over a decade of sales and product marketing experience in insurance, banking and financial planning. Before starting his career in sales, Mike lead a team installing and repairing point of sale and back office systems for Wang Global and the McDonald's Corporation.
Mike enjoys camping and anything outdoors with his family. His hobbies/passions include European cars and restorations of vintage travel trailers. Mike holds a degree in Business Administration from the Washington State University.
Anjali spreads happiness at MangoSpring. Fun games, pranks on unsuspecting springsters, treasure hunts and regular outings are all part of her arsenal which keeps the Springsters happy and smiling. She has over 10 years of experience in training and HR functions across companies like Satyam Computer Services and NIIT India.
Anjali holds a Masters in Computer Management.
