Every MangoApp instantiation is a private network belonging to that company. It's like your own company intranet. Nothing goes out or in of that network. Only employees with a valid company email id can access the information that is posted to their company domain. In order to establish that you're from the same company, you must be able to establish that you can receive email in the same domain as other users. For example, only users with an email address "@mangospring.com" can access MangoSpring's instance of MangoApp.

Once the company has claimed the domain, the data posted in that domain is the sole property of the company.

We know how important and valuable your business data is and we want to ensure you that it is SAFE with us. We use highest standard of data encryption methods and algorithms both at the application and database level.

To join a network, a user must have a company email id and must confirm their email address at the time of setup. Only the members of a network can view the Member Profile and User content in that network. We never share one domain's data with another domains.

If you have an LDAP integrated domain, a MangoApp user account is blocked whenever the LDAP id of any user is disabled,. Additionally domain administrators can remove a user at any time from the user management section in the admin portal.
