Private Project Teams

Documents, links, messages and chat history is accessible to only the members of the project. For an employee to join the project, a request goes to the creator/admin. On acceptance of the request, the person becomes part of the project and can participate like other invited members.
Secret Project Teams
For added security and privacy, MangoApps supports the "Secret" privacy setting for groups, projects and events. Secret groups, projects, and events cannot be discovered by anyone that has not explicitly been invited by event creator. Even MangoApps administrators that are not part of the secret group cannot view items marked with "Secret" privacy settings even if they know the exact link to the group, project, or event. All content associated with the "Secret" item such as documents, tasks, wikis, and posts remain hidden from all non-members.
Project Guest Users
Partners, clients, and other out-of-network team members can be part of MangoProjects. Just invite them to the project and they can participate as a guest user with visibility restricted the the projects they are a part of.
