MangoSpring Wireless Gateway (MWG)

The MangoSpring Wireless Gateway (MWG) is a carrier-grade multimedia messaging gateway. MWG enables service providers to offer seamless message transmission between wireless devices and Internet protocol services. Designed to seamlessly adapt various forms of content (text messages, pictures, videos) over SMPP, HTTP, SIP or SS7 network stacks, the MWG provides the flexibility to easily bring powerful services to mobile quickly.

According to Frost and Sullivan's industry research report (July 24, 2009) mobile messaging, particularly SMS, continues to increase at a rapid pace. They see a compound annual growth rate of 35% from 2008 through 2014, driven not just from person-to-person SMS traffic, but also from application-to-person messaging in the form of social networking, alerts, promotion, and enterprise messages.

MWG allows service providers to easily offer any or all of the functionality of the wireless gateway to users, from mobile text-based applications to completely branded custom mobile applications. MWGs plug-in architecture supports all mobile transports/protocols and provides easy integration with your existing applications/services.
