Engage provides network/IT administrator a rich and comprehensive admin console to have full control of organization, user, projects/groups and data management. You get full access to this interface once you have claimed the domain.
User Management
The administrator from this interface can suspend/delete/reset password for any user in the company. Additionally the admin has access to change some of the user's profile properties from this interface.
Content Management
The administrator can view messages and IM in different projects and delete any content that might be inappropriate for the company. Additionally the admin can manage all the files uploaded in the company network from this interface.
Team Management
Team Management interface provides the admin with the ability to make a moderation role. As part of this the admin can delete content, files that are not required/appropriate and also change the project team properties.
Reporting
Engage provides a set of reports right out of the box for the network administrator. These includes activity reports around messages, IM, audio calls, video calls and system status. Administrator has search abilities on this report to drill up or down and get to the report data he desires.
