What you will do?

We are hiring a Server Architect to design and develop our core services and application platform, as well as to own the entire MangoSpring server infrastructure. The focus will be on creating robust high volume applications and at the same time have the ability to turn around quick prototypes.

You will lead the server development team and be responsible for design and development of all sever-side code for web/mobile based services including the final interface between our complex server wizardry and the end user. This role is a blend of hands on coding and managing/guiding/leading a team of server engineers.

Who you are?

• BE or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6+ years of commercial software development experience with strong, system-wide background in Java/J2EE server development, including top application servers, SOA / Web Services, database development, message-driven architectures, working knowledge of core libraries, design patterns, JSP and servlets and event frameworks.
• Knowledge of AJAX concepts (XmlHTTPRequest, iframes, remote scripting, JSON, etc) and other “rich web” techniques and toolkits.
• Loves programming as much as being a mentor to other engineers in the team.
• Be able to lead and provide overall project direction to the team.
• Must be able to define a light-weight process for everyday tasks.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails preferable.
• Must have experience developing database driven, internet-based, server applications.
• Significant deployment experience in a Linux environment.

• B.E or MCA in computer science or related fields with 1-5 years of software engineering experience.

Flash/Flex Developer

What you will do?

We are looking for seasoned Flash developers to build kick ass flash applications that sits between our complex server wizardry and the end user. You will be working on communication based client-server applications and creating Flash based interface / components /widgets.

Who you are?

• Expert level skills in building dynamic, interactive web applications with object-oriented ActionScript coding in Flash, including: functions, arrays, prototyping, movie clips, sending and loading XML etc.
• 1+ years of object-oriented programming experience, will have worked with both ActionScript-2 and ActionScript-3.
