The April release brings us a lot of great tools to make your tasks, groups, projects and document just that much smoother. There is something for every domain in this release let me take you through a few of the top level features and improvements.

All MangoApps Features

First let’s talk about features that go across all of the MangoApps, These include email notifications Support for single user accounts and email “reply-to”.

Email Notifications

If you hover over the Account menu, then select “My Notification Settings” it brings you to the all new email notifications menu. The default settings for “Guests to your domain is all YES, to keep them informed when they might not sign in every day. The default for Network users is going to be NO, but feel free to change them anytime! Two kinds of emails are available, “As it happens” and “email digest”. You should be able to customize your notifications to suit your work flow.

Support for Single Users

Now startup companies or small organization have the option to start out with just a single user account and build from there. We call the new account type “Iron” and starts off at $7 per user for individual MangoApps, and $35 for the full suite (1 free application when you buy the full suite).

Reply-to Email Address

Now, the reply-to email addresses are set to the sender of the email or the domain creator when it’s applicable.

MangoDocs Features

Ability to download a folder and it’s contents as a zip file to your local computer, and a way to delete an entire folder (and it’s contents, or not)  are both new enhancements to MangoDocs. More are on their way shortly.

MangoTasks Features

This is a feature you literally asked for several times, and now it’s there. Task Recurrence! You can choose from several types of recurrence; Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly or you can simply wait until the last one is completed (Accepted) and start a new one.

MangoTalk Features

Another Customer requested feature was the ability to post your feeds to Facebook and Twitter. This is enabled by the Admin only, then a simple link with your profile and Facebook/Twitter and it’s a one click process to share.

MangoEvents Features

Now, as part of your Events, you can upload pictures to a Picture Gallery for all attendees to see and upload their own.
