Taskbin is now Engage Tasks
Hello TaskBin Fans,
We are writing to share some very exciting news with you. TaskBin originally set out to improve how teams within companies managed their tasks. We developed TaskBin to make it easier for employees to collaborate in an open and transparent environment. As the leading “shared tasks” product in the market today, we remain committed to this original vision.
At the same time, many teams and companies that are benefiting from the use of TaskBin have asked us if they can do more than just tasks (for e.g. share what they are working on, instant message each other, create and manage project teams, submit and manage ideas, recognize colleagues, find-out detailed information about colleagues, search knowledgebase etc.) with TaskBin. In essence, they asked for an open, transparent, social collaboration and communication application (a.k.a Facebook for Business) that goes way beyond just tasks.
To address this need, we’re now pleased to announce the launch of MangoTasks. Built on TaskBin, MangoTasks is a new product which provides for a comprehensive set of features that you can use to collaborate, communicate and manage your day-to-day work life. Engage follows the same “freemium” pricing model as TaskBin, under which you enjoy a basic level of service for free and can upgrade to our premium tools for additional features. Switching to MangoTasks from TaskBin is very easy and straightforward – Just enter your email address and you will be ready to go.
As TaskBin has become a feature of Engage, we did not automatically create an account for you. So, you will have to create an account again. Sorry about that. Creating and setting up your account is FREE and simple. As part of TaskBin migration to Engage, we will be discontinuing the TaskBin service over the next 3 months. I hope you will find that Engage meets all your needs much better then TaskBin did and enables you to collaborate and communicate within your teams/departments/companies much more efficiently.
